Joon and his team were kind, generous with their time and true professionals. Our wedding was a full-day event with several locations. They arrived on time at each location and captured the most beautiful moments of our special day. They made us feel comfortable and also worked well with our wedding party and loved ones throughout the event. They were truly able to capture some of the best moments of our special day! 

Excellent services; Joon is a great communicator. He responded to my email quickly, provided helpful tips on printing, and gave recommendations on locations and things to prepare before the session. Photographing is not only his job but his lifelong hobby. He is dedicated and passionate about what he is doing, capturing memories. The pictures turned out fabulous. We are so happy about it. I'll definitely recommend him to family and friends. 

My husband and I are very happy and satisfied with Joon's work and services. We hired him for a full day, 10-hour wedding photography service. Our wedding included a tea ceremony, Catholic Church wedding, and it ended with a wedding reception at Vintage Rose in Orange.  From the very beginning of our conversations via email, Joon was already very eager and prompt in responding to whatever questions and concerns I had. I was very concerned that my husband and I would not have enough time to take romantic pictures because of our busy wedding day schedule, but Joon was able to develop a manageable timeline for us. He gave us support and reassurance that we would have the pictures that we wanted despite the hectic timeline of the day.  On the day of our wedding, Joon and his colleague came in early and on-time. They were already taking pictures of our venue and our guests, as we had previously discussed. Joon also came in ready with all of his equipment and he was very proactive in taking pictures all throughout the day. He managed to make photo backdrops of the simplest random backgrounds and used them for photo opportunities, and I was very impressed by that. On top of the professionalism that he showed us before and during the wedding, Joon was also very cordial and easy to work with. My husband and I rarely do photoshoots, but Joon was able to direct and advise us respectfully with what poses would be great for our memorable day. I had sent him specific pictures that I wanted to emulate and he successfully delivered on that day. I had forgotten most of those poses but he made sure that we were able to capture those moments.  As promised, we received our photos on time, and we were in awe with the outcomes! So many great photos to look at and share with to family and friends. Overall, we recommend Joon and his work! Not only is he professional and efficient, but he is also very passionate about his job that it transcends on all of his photos. 

Joon was incredible! My fiancé and I decided to elope and Joon was such a gift. He responded immediately to all of my emails and was always open, flexible, and creative with all of my questions and suggestions. His pricing is a steal and he was so sweet, prompt, and fun on our special day. I would recommend Joon to everyone. He is great at shooting all races, his edits were amazing, and I was shocked to see how quick we received our beautiful pictures. Everyone raved about them. Joon, thank you so much for capturing the sweetest day of our lives. You are the best! 

Joon was wonderful to work with! He arrived early to the location, and knew all the great spots for photos.  My maternity photos came out beautifully and he was super fast! The prices were reasonable as well. I look forward to working with him again!

 Joon was so great to work with! We hired him for our baby shower and maternity shoot and could not be happier with his work. He was punctual, flexible with our schedule, and made us feel very comfortable posing for the shoot. He scouted out the park beforehand to pick an array of nice backgrounds for the shoot. He also sent us the edited photos in a timely manner (with a lot to choose from). We hope to work with him again in the future! 

I highly recommend Joon for your photography needs! He took my graduation photos and they came out so beautiful! Everyone I've showed has asked me to share his contact information, because of how lovely the photos turned out. The booking process was super simple. He let me take photos in the way that I visioned, but helped tremendously with posing and photo spots! I am blown away. The edited photos were also returned way before the expected date, so I was super pleased with that.  But overall, Joon himself as the photographer was amazing. His lighthearted demeanor really helps you relax and take beautiful candid photos! Loved my experience 100%. Can't wait to book again! 

We hired Joon with Luminous Photo for our wedding photography. Our experience with him from beginning to end was so seamless and professional! His responses to communication were very punctual. During the wedding, he made the photography experience both professional, efficient and comfortable. And most importantly, I am beyond amazed with the quality and aesthetics of the pictures, I love them SO much they're beyond perfect. not to mention, the turnaround time for the photos did not take very long at all!!

Joon was great to work with! My now-husband and I were pretty awkward and nervous to take professional photos together as we have never done so. We had just an hour to shoot with Joon, due to our scheduled courthouse wedding however, we were genuinely surprised by how many photos we ended up receiving. Thanks for a great experience Joon!

- Gave a lot of directions in posing; had many fun ideas and great use of the environment/background
- accommodating, especially when taking pictures with my husband's grandma
- quick processing time of photographs, we received them exactly three weeks after our wedding. So fast!
- Even though it was shortly past his contact time, he had us take photos by the fountain outside our venue. It turned out to be some of our favorite shots
